ISO 9001:2000 ON THE ROAD TO ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATION!

Six ladies of PTAR UiTM Shah Alam ISO team came a visit last month to brief and gave guidance to the library staff on ISO documentation. All UiTM branch libraries were involved in this exercise which will take off officially in September 2006. The experience we gained during our involvement in UiTM Sarawak ISO certification helped us to go through the flow of processes easily. The team’s mission was accomplished quite fast and on the last day they spent a jolly good time doing what every women loves best…shopping their hearts out!!
