The library staff was given the golden opportunity by our director to get away from the campus and retreat to Santubong Resort for 3 days during the semester break. It was very fruitful indeed because various important topics pertaining to the library's vision, mission, client;s charter, KPIs, services and infrastructure, were discussed. The supporting staff were also given the chance to present their reports and finding during their benchmarking and eye-opening trip last year at UUM, USM UiTM (3 States) libraries in west Malaysia. Professor Madya Dr Jamil also spent a few quality hours with us at the 'randau session',answering questions and promising to look into certain unresolved, hopefully renewed positive attitude. Thank you Director!!
